“ So, I found Fluffy through a google search and as with most people, I looked up the reviews. If I am being honest, the negative reviews sounds like it comes from entitled, wealthy suburbanites that thinks the world revolves around them. Lets talk about my experience. I emailed a couple locations for a custom cake for my Wife's Birthday and Fluffy got back to me extremely quick. Responded and our email chain went back and forth and narrowed down a design and agreed upon it within the same day. So no portal, and actual humans I was emailing. Now, where I think they went above and beyond, is accommodating a request I have. I think people forget that small businesses are people too and that their time is just as important as our time. And I always make sure to respect that. With relative short notice, I wanted the cake to be ready earlier than an agreed upon date. They communicated extremely well in regards to my accommodation and informed me they would make an attempt, but not guaranteed. Look, I made the request and I did it outside the agreed upon Window. They didnt have to honor my request. But within a day, they responded back and were able to give me the earlier pick up date I needed. And OMG, the cake is amazing. My wife is a HUGE BTS fan and they nailed the cake I asked for. I couldnt be happier with them. Ignore the negative reviews as my experience was extremely pleasant and the staff was great. They even sent me reminder and courtesy texts. This cake is AMAZING! ”
